1. Can I bring my own telephone number with me?
No but we will give you your own new number. Calls to your previous number can be directed to this new number.


2. Can I use the Business Centre as my Registered Address?
Yes, many companies do.


3. Can we use meeting rooms on an ad hoc basis?
Yes, all of our business support services are available on an ad hoc basis and you only pay for the time you use.


4. If my secretary is on holiday, can your staff produce my documents and send faxes for me?
Yes, this is the beauty of serviced offices – we have a full range of support services and you only pay for what you use!


5. What if I need more space or even have too much?
We offer total flexibility to meet your changing needs. Subject to availability we will always be happy to give you additional space or if necessary move you to a smaller office.


6. What insurance will I need?
You will just need your own contents insurance (for items you bring) together with your public and employers liability insurances, if appropriate.


7. Why does a serviced office appear so much more expensive than taking a lease and paying rent?
It only appears more expensive because all the normal hidden office costs are included within your monthly fee. Go to the cost comparison page to see how much you can save with First Base!


8. Will I be able to take advantage of the facilities at other First Base centres when I am travelling?
Yes, as a First Base client, you can use the facilities at any of our centres. Please contact your centre manager to make the necessary arrangements for you.


9. Will I have to give a long term commitment?
No, we just ask for 60 days notice.


10. Will I have to wait while you take up references?
No, we will only ask for limited background information.


11. Will I need to bring my own equipment and furniture?
We furnish all our offices but you will need to bring any computer equipment with you.


12. Will we be able to get into our office at night or at weekends?
All our centres have 24 hour access and in some cases manned security.
